Your mission:

Supports the sales organization to serve customers by ensuring a correct use of inventory level based on both customer needs and production capability.

Your responsibility includes:

• Support Sales Area by managing proper inventory levels and replenishment process for local and consignment stockrooms.
• Define and maintain stock level parameters for consignments and local stockrooms
• Secure weekly replenishment to Contracts and Consignments
• Point of contact with Sales and Customer Service Center on delivery/availability issues
• Operational buying (call offs) for regional sourced items
• Alternative items sourcing defined by the Sales Area.
• Managing inventory levels in Consignment and Local stockrooms, Redistributions, OSMI levels, Slow Moving and Returns to Main or Local stockrooms
• Inventory analysis in Consignments and Local stockrooms
• Order management (follow up, due dates and quantity control)
• Purchasing of Rotary products to Sandvik Production Units and/or local suppliers
• New Contracts and Consignment system set up in ERP
• Local LPS handling and solving
• Phasing in and Phasing out Process Support (PL & SA)
• Challenge need for airfreight by supporting with alternative solutions
• Contributes to monthly Regional S&OP meetings.
• Daily management of 3PL (if required)

Profile

• Education: Technical or University degree in supply chain, logistics or related, or failing that, demonstrable experience in similar roles
• Experience: 1-5 years of work experience in demand and supply planning, or similar
• Intermediate-advanced English, Portuguese would be a plus
• Available to travel within and outside the country
