About the job
In this role, you’re a member of the Sandvik Coromant Global Sales Operations team with accountability for the strategic direction of the global sales organization, establishing and reaching the objectives of the sales operations function. You play a key role in process discovery, improvement, implementation and coordinating our objectives for sales operations excellence, while working in a global team supporting the implementation of business processes. You also work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and knowledge of the process and systems within the sales operation's teams and front-line sales. You take ownership for the execution and implementation of global sales processes to support sales and operational roles and stakeholders – a key objective to secure its completion per defined scope, timeline and deliverables supporting our strategy and future state objectives.

Other important responsibilities:

  • Supporting and enhancing the lead to sales process utilizing the account management strategy and deploying the account planning, CVP, opportunity management and forecasting tools to deliver best in class support for FLS and connected stakeholders.
  • Setting and follow up of KPIs and relevant reporting needs supporting the Sales area.
  • Continuous improvement and communication.

The location for this position is globally flexible but preferably in Oceania, Japan or India

Who you are?
Taking on this mission, we believe you need some kind of sales experience from similar roles – working with sales organization processes and our sales tools – or a regional sales level experience with systems and processes. Your background also contains change leadership and managing change. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English.

You’re good at adapting to a situation and easily find a natural place in a team or gathering.
