Account Manager Poland

Account Manager for Poland with residence within this country (preferably north of Poland).

Your challenge

In this business-critical role, you will be accountable to provide the ultimate customer experience while maintaining Accounts commitments for long-term strategic partnership.

You will execute local business strategy in alignment with Global Sandvik Coromant template, develop and support business partners to achieve the business growth.

Being core team member of the sales organization, your activities are aimed at grow share of wallet at business-critical core Accounts and at actively hunt for new opportunities in developing core business. This is a field-based role which requires extensive travelling within the assigned territory (Poland).

As a true expert on sale and opportunities winning, you will secure project work for the Accounts engaging required company resources into a highly specialized project team in metal cutting.

In the assigned portfolio, you will drive company business strategy based on data and information in CRM (Dynamics).

Your character

We are looking for a dynamic personality, excellent communicator and team player with strong orientation on selling higher.

Along with the business thinking, we require that you understand the importance of driving the business based on hard data. To manage our business we use Dynamics and PowerBI.

We seek several years sucessful experience in sales and marketing management.

The role requires influential and targeted communication along with the ability to represent and execute Sandvik Coromant strategy, present and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with all business partner functions (including Top Management).

English is mandatory for this role as well as knowledge of Polish on native level.
