We are now looking for Senior Sales and Service Representative, Stationary Crushing and Screening to join the UK/Ireland team.

Job summary

As a Sales and Service Representative, you are the first interface for the customer for the Stationary Crushing and Screening Sales area UK/Ireland. In this role you will be responsible providing internal support with technical quotes and order processing. You will ensure you handle customer unresolved queries with order and cash collection. You will work closely with the Sales and Service teams to support them in achieving sales.

Key performance areas include putting safety first, considering and taking responsible actions with environmental health and safety aspects. The role will involve internal and external customers, you will need to maintain and develop robust and effective customer relationships in order to achieve relevant sales and marketing plan. You will need to create activity plans to support developing the aftermarket sales and be proactive with following up with aftermarket customers. You will need to collect and communicate business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using applicable systems.

Your profile

It is essential that the successful candidate has a strong sense of service, initiative, and flexibility, with excellent written communication skills and problem-solving abilities. You possess a relevant qualification in an engineering discipline and extensive experience in the Mining or Construction industry or similar. In addition to excellent knowledge in the principles of service or sales of our product range, you will combine this with good communication and social skills. An ability to plan and perform your work independently.
