We are now looking for a high-performing VP Global Sales & Marketing to take on the unique opportunity of shaping and growing our global sales organization!

Your mission

As VP Global Sales & Marketing at TDM Systems, your mission is to enable significant growth of the company by transforming the sales organization into a world-class team. Scaling the business requires a higher degree of strategic sales and value selling taking into account the demands of our traditional business channels as well as new requirements of our Cloud business. You drive the globalization and transformation of the sales organization all the way from strategic marketing, sales planning and performance management, sales execution and pipeline management and sales operations incl. quotation and order management). You manage a global team of both employees and partners by driving a vision and strategy to meet the growth demand, and you shape this organization and set the agenda needed to achieve our goals. You also drive a cultural change on our journey of significant growth and towards a true strategic sales organization.

Other responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales & marketing plan to achieve annual growth targets
  • Establishing and maintaining quality standards for a strategic sales approach
  • Monitoring and continuously improving the lead-to-order process
  • Fostering a high quality, transparent customer engagement approach
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with sales partners
  • Collaborating closely with customers to understand their wants and needs
  • Collaborating closely with the product excellence, development and service teams to ensure highly productive end-to-end processes

Your character

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and demonstrated results in growing an international sales organization. Knowledge of enterprise-level software and experience in manufacturing industries is highly important in this role, as well as solid expertise in strategic sales, value sales, proven sales management processes for enterprise-level software business. It’s also important that you have leadership experience, preferably from leading a global team of at least 50 people and that you are a true team player. Since we act both locally and on the global stage, you have great communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.

We are fascinated by your ability to bring your expertise and know-how in the area to run and grow a global sales organization with more than 50 people. You are well organized, have strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding for customer demands; enabling you to build trust with both customers, the team and other stakeholders.
