As a Service Technician Supervisor you are responsible for the supervision of the maintenance, repair and installation activities in the area assigned. You organize, plan and direct the daily activities of a team, follow-up and conduct performance management of operations and develop operations according to best practice.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in related faculties or technical certification
  • Mechanical or electrical background will be an asset
  • advanced knowledge of Turkish
  • Good knowledge of both technical written and spoken English
  • Customer focused personality
  • Excellent troubleshooting ability with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomous, independent, flexible & reliable
  • The role is based in Ankara but the candidate should be able to travel within Turkey
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates

Main Responsibilities

  • Organization, planning, and direction of the daily activities in the team of Service Technicians
  • Mechanical and electrical installation, maintenance and repairing activities
  • Inspect equipment for proper performance and determine faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust equipment and repair/replace defective parts components or systems according to scopes of work
  • Tests repaired equipment to ensure proper operational performance
  • Complete accurate time records, technical reports, failure reports, and parts lists
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with industry, customer, product developments and technical best practices Customer Service
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay current and in compliance with all Sandvik, Customer, State, and Federal regulatory safety policies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction within area of primary responsibility
