The Sales Area South Europe and Middle East is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager Parts & Service Turkey with a passion for sales and leadership to develop the Turkey business. This position will be directly responsible for the sales and business development in the Turkey region. This includes people management and ensuring that local laws, SMR strategy and EHS targets are met in the region. The position is reporting to the Territory Manager Turkey and will be part of the management team. The location for the position is in Turkey, Ankara.

Your Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include the below:
- Develop and drive sales initiatives with BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO to secure sustainable profitable growth
- Develop and Implement the Territory Commercial & Operational business plan and forecasts in alignment with the Sales Area strategy
- Develop deep understanding of customers business, operations and processes (revenue base, geographical area, sales potential, business cycle and decision makers).
- Drive capital efficiency through process excellence, the implementation of standards and visual management (including machine and component repairs, machine pre delivery jobs, service contracts, consumables holdings, and planning)
- Ensure commercial activities are proactively planned and managed throughout the sales cycle governed through the use of CRM and way of working
- Managing, developing, and expanding customer relationships and satisfaction by presenting new solutions and services to clients
- Provide significant input into strategic plans for the continued expansion of revenue within the area and in the region.
- Recruit, mentor, motivate, train, evaluate, lead and coach sales team members (where appropriate) to accomplish the goals and objectives
- Review competitors’ offering and price and determine strategies to improve market penetration
- Set the Sales Area CSC Forecast for both cost and revenue /profit margins
- Work with Product Specialists, PSSR, CSC on customer strategies that will affect the revenue and business profitability of the business

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone possessing a solid background of at least 3 years in Sales Management, Operations Management and leading a team or equivalent experience. You may need to travel extensively for this role.
As a person you are strategic and analytical, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You are good at building relationships with customers & internal stakeholders and able to effectively build, motivate, influence and develop a team. You are an adept at working in an international Matrix environment.
You hold a Degree in Engineering, Mining or equivalent experience. MBA degree is considered a plus. You also have experience in best practices in customer approaches, business follow up, sales planning, applications knowledge and performance management. Strong communication skills in Turkish as well as in English, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact with all levels of management inside the company and with customer, are prerequisites for this role. As a person you are a leader with the ability to drive and build performance management with your team.
