Key Performance Areas:

As part of a Global Sales Team in our Business Unit Tube Specialized Unit, you are responsible to develop and execute a global strategy for our Hydrogen products, in line with our Division Tube’s strategy, across all Business Units.

In this, you take the ownership and steer communication and account management with global customers from the Hydrogen Industry.

To offer hydrogen solutions and products and hereby supporting sustainability throughout the entire value chain is of great importance for Tube Division and is part of our strategy, and your role will be key to support that development with proposing to our customers additional products and operations with your and our great knowledge in this area.

This role will involve but not be limited to:

  • To manage the development and the execution of the global product plan,

  • To actively work with analyzing and developing the long-term strategy,

  • To lead the Hydrogen section within Division Tube’s “renewable technologies” initiative, across all Business Units within our Tube Division.

  • To be responsible for profitability management and pricing strategies within BU Specialized for all Hydrogen related products, as well as the breakdown of financial targets into product specific targets

  • To drive new business opportunities process regarding both applications and products globally, using Salesforce as the key development tool

  • To play an active role in aligning global production footprint to global customer locations,

  • To design and execute on a product portfolio branding campaign including marketing, exhibitions and technical conferences.

  • Act as a Key Account Manager to several global Hydrogen customers.

Your profile :

You are recognized in delivering excellent sales results and successful experience in business development

Strong skills in qualifying, demonstrating and influencing customers are critical for success.

By your communication & presentation skills, you are able to work with internal and external stakeholders to create synergy and gain commitment to execute business plan.

Fluency in English required.

You are a confident and driven executive who always strives to learn more. With a positive and open attitude, you also see no problems working in a changing environment.

Regular National & International travels are required.
