Business Unit Automation within Rock Drills and Technologies is driving an exciting and revolutionary transformation in the mining industry. We are currently looking for a talented Commercial Sales Support Manager to join our Sales Support team. This position is based in Tampere.
As a Commercial Sales Support Manager, you act as a commercial expert and support global sales functions related to Business Unit Automation comprehensive offering. Your role is to actively support global customer tendering processes, commercial proposal creation as well as contract preparations. Main tasks include:
- Work closely with several factory stakeholders and global sales representatives
- Maintain the guidelines on pricing structures, payment terms, T&Cs, KPIs, Trials and Rentals
- Maintain the quotation and contract approval materials and processes
- Support internal process development activities
- Plan and provide training for the global sales representatives
- Support global sales representatives with commercial evaluation, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Support cross-divisional bundle processes
- Support and participate in customer visits in our Tampere site
- CRM opportunity management to ensure opportunity information is captured correctly and is up to date
- Support business critical analysis
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for innovative person with skills to adapt easily to meet the rapidly evolving environment. You are comfortable to analyze data from multiple viewpoints and you pay attention to details and have good organizational, customer care and problem-solving skills. Experience with commercial and contractual matters is a must. Effective communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with people from different areas and levels of the company are essential. You have either commercial or technical university degree (M.Sc./B.Sc.) preferable within the area of in engineering or economics and several years of experience in mining or alternatively in automation, ICT, or software industry. As we act in a global business environment this job requires fluent English language skills and minor global travelling.
