For the business unit of Solid Round Tools, we’re now looking for an Area Sales Specialist to join us and increase our sales operations in Sales Area North Europe – someone with a passion for technical solutions and a customer-first mentality. You’re dedicated to creating efficiency and growth for your area by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. About the job
In this position, you take lead in ensuring accountability for our round tools sales by delivering a high level of technical expertise and active engagement in all phases of the sales process. An excellent understanding of the design, application, optimization and troubleshooting of round tools is your key strategy, and you naturally work to develop the enablers of success; including specials, standard assortments, channel offers, competence development and communications. Working in a cross-functional environment, you aim to deliver the highest quality while continuously determining and improving critical success factors and ways of working. Leading by example, you also engage the entire organization in an atmosphere of open communication and hands-on customer interaction, and you remove barriers and gaps in our processes.

To be in a perfect spot when doing business in Sales Area North Europe, you’re preferably based in Sweden or Denmark, and travel is a natural part of your job.

About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from the cutting tool industry and preferably also within solid round tool applications – either with a background in sales or from a more technically oriented role. A degree within mechanical or manufacturing engineering is advantageous, and you’re comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with lots of tech talk and customer interactions. Since we’re a truly global organization, you need excellent verbal and written skills in English, while knowledge of Swedish comes in handy.

You’re a confident, committed and self-driven professional who takes ownership of any task at hand, and you’re skilled at prioritizing and multitasking to deliver results in time. We place great value on your ability to bring both your technical expertise and our services to the next level, and as you interact with many stakeholders, you understand that success comes from great teamwork and trustworthy communication.
