Dealer Sales Manager - Mobile Crushing & Screening

Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology, the leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry, currently has an opening for a Dealer Sales Manager, Mobile Crushing & Screening for Eastern US.

The Dealer Sales Manager will close gaps in the distributor network and will drive sales for equipment and after market through the existing dealer network in the assigned sales territory.

**Position location is flexible within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Safety and Environment

  • Ensures that the Dealers follow Sandvik standards and requirements of a safe and healthy working environment. This includes compliance with all safety management program
  • Be a Sandvik Safety Champion for all dealers

Business Growth and Development

  • Identify potential dealers in the white spot areas
  • Develop and implement Strategies to close gaps in the dealer coverage
  • Implement a structured dealer onboarding process
  • Identify capability gaps, improvement plans, and competitive trends for Dealers
  • Develop an adapted dealer performance management for the specific markets
  • Ensure the best Territory Management and market coverage

Financials

  • Analyze revenues and GAPS to support Dealers operations development
  • Report monthly the revenue growth and market share development
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

Personal

  • Identify Dealer's competence gaps and support the development
  • Develop relationships with Dealers in all levels and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
  • Undertakes self-training and development as required

Your profile

You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field. Must possess minimum 5 years of Dealer Management experience in manufacturing environment. Ideally experience in Quarry and/or Construction environment.
