Value Center Manager - Moscow

To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we’re now looking for a talented Value Center Manager in Moscow.

Your challenge

In this position, your mission is to coordinate and lead the daily operations and tasks of all functions within Value Center in Moscow, implementing and drive the new way of working to differentiate the Sandvik Coromant Brand.

Your responsibility is to manage Value Center’s team to ensure continuous improvement, making best use of resources and technology, to develop the overall “Customer Experience” in a proactive way, seeking synergies with the Sales Support Center and Global Operations organization.

You are responsible and accountable for all Value Centers activities, including promoting our total offer, handling tasks related to value added services (PIP Lean, Vending Machine, Tool Logistic and Tool rationalization, Pay-per-part and Consignment Stock),and ensuring the implementation and execution of the development strategy of selected customers, in conjunction with Account Managers, Regional Managers and Strategic Relations.

Another key responsibility is to develop and execute new value adding services with a consultancy approach, in close cooperation with customers and other stakeholders by considering trends and new technologies in our industry.

As a leader, you support change management activities and organizational and personal development of your team, securing all people management activities, to stimulate and encourage an environment in which continuous improvement, customer experience and innovation are nurtured.

Your character

We’re looking for a leader with at least 2 years’ experience in managing Operations teams with a customer facing environment, and solid skills and understanding of business processes, quality, logistics, services and IT. You have the ability to motivate people to deliver results and build team spirit, with leadership traits in accordance with Sandvik Leadership Model. You have business economics knowledge, knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO14001, and a strong track record in continuous improvement and adapting to changes.

As we work in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal.

You have a disposition in digital applications, general knowledge and understanding of IT and how to apply digital resources and technology to improve processes and ways of working.
