We are now looking for a confident, inspiring and business savvy leader to manage Sales Area EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). This is your chance to make your mark and truly influence our sales organization and customer relations.

Your mission
As Regional Sales Director EMEA, you lead the organization to develop our business in the region, including sales, profit and customer services. You make sure that the region delivers on agreed targets, strategic initiatives and global marketing plans. You execute the global strategy on a regional level: always ensuring that our operations follow local laws and regulations. Through continuously developing our sales approach and value selling, you will grow the business by hunting new business in current and new applications and segments. At the same time, you will build and maintain relationships with existing key customers to support their and our future growth. One of your missions is to identify and develop talent and successors for our future needs, to keep improving the organization and adapt to both market trends and internal strategies.

In this role, you report to the Sales and Marketing Director, Strip Division, and as a member of the global Sales and Marketing management team you will interact with the Division Management team to contribute to the Division strategy and global business. The location is flexible within the sales area, and extensive travel within the region is a natural part of your job.

Your profile
You have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, along with broad experience in technical product sales and a successful background from a leading business role in a regional and complex setting. Keeping track of the market, our customers and our competitors, enables you to stay ahead and identify new and profitable opportunities for us. For this position, you must also be an experienced people and change manager. We act in a global context, which calls for fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
