We are now looking for PROCESS OWNER for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to further develop and support our engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, sales and aftermarket product lifecycle management processes in Teamcenter environment. This is a great opportunity for you to become part of our Engineering Tools and Items Team and bring the necessary product lifecycle management process and system knowledge to the team. The location for this position is flexible within Sandvik sites in Finland or it can be home office based. However, occasional travel and presence is required in our headquarters in Tampere or Turku.

Our supported business areas in Sandvik are operating globally with the same PLM system and our team supports common PLM system use in engineering and manufacturing operations in more than ten countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. Your mission

Your main responsibility as a Process Owner is to ensure that our global and local PLM processes in Teamcenter environment meet the current and future business needs and strategies. You work in close cooperation with Business Area stakeholders and key users, our internal IT function, system vendor representatives and other related subject matter experts as well as other process owners in the Engineering Tools and Items team. Your typical activities are related to the definition of PLM process and system development needs, PLM roadmap maintenance, new PLM implementations, development coordination, new solution testing, system integrations, global key user network management, promotion of best practices, end user support and training.

About you and what we find important

To be a successful in the position, you have strong experience in PLM environment management, PLM implementations as well as business process development and project management in general. You have preferably good knowledge of Teamcenter PLM system and proficiency in NX usage. Experience in PLM environment management for heavy mobile machinery is seen as a benefit, as well as experience in working as a trainer in a multicultural environment. As a character you are proactive, analytical and have excellent collaboration skills. You will be part of a strongly developing international work environment which requires fluent English language skills.
