The Sandvik Coromant operations in India covers all India and neighbouring countries of Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. Sandvik Coromant in India, being operational since the very beginning of 1960 have created a wide and strong leadership platform for the core business of metal cutting carbide tools for the metalworking industry. The main customer base is within the automotive and ancillaries, defence sector, die & mould manufacturing and general mechanical engineering industry Scope.

• Assure growth and development of the Design automation area.

• Continuous development of own knowledge and expertise within the Design automation.

• Capture and develop new ideas and apply them in a way that adds value to the business.

• Share skills, expertise and best practice in the relevant area of expertise.

• Develop new methods, tools and processes within the Design automation area.

• Support others to grow and increase their capabilities to deliver by sharing knowledge and expertise.

• Take decisions within a defined time frame.

Your profile

Solid theoretical and practical foundation within area of expertise; typically 15 years. Proven ability to utilize skills within the area of expertise.

Proven ability of knowledge-sharing (e.g. training, coaching, networking etc.).

Perceived as an authority within the area of expertise.

Have good communication skills with strong interpersonal relations. Be a team player.
