Support creation and execution of Expansion plan

  • Structured approach for aggressive geographic expansion South, North and inland China
  • Playbook to increase SoW with key customers
  • Industry Segment and Component growth plan Product expansion plan and R&D guidance
  • Price plan
  • Modularization of products and offerings to increase addressable business and hit-rates
  • Drives analysis based on customer landscape
  • Define future organization, KPIs/targets and ensure alignment between expansion plan and M&A business case
  • Lead workshops in Sales organization to create buy-in on expansion plan
  • Advise on marketing activities to support growth

Performance management

  • Establish and implement performance management system (linked to expansion plan)
  • Lead and support change management journey (when implementing performance management)
  • Leads performance management workshops
  • Follow-up of Yongpu sales managers utilization of performance management system
  • Track and monitor sales versus targets
  • Propose actions in case of deviations vs targets

Synergy realization (with Sandvik Coromant on senior China Sales Management level)

  • Share leads in structured way with Coromant China Senior Sales management
  • Direct Yongpu to customers and application where Coromant cannot be competitive due to price
  • Leverage Coromant CRM and market insights
  • Bridge to Sandvik Coromant Marketing capabilities, and secure support when needed
  • Sales of Rods & Blanks to Sandvik Group (when qualified) Yongpu customized products branded & sold as Coromant (products to meet expectations for Sandvik Coromant)
  • Leverage Yangpu products (re-branded and Yangpu branded) to drive increased project business for Coromant
