Sandvik Mining and Construction USA, LLC in Smyrna, Georgia is looking for a Lifecycle and Sales Support Specialist to promote the sale of Sandvik’s crushing and screening products and services within the North American geographic region for clients including distributors, engineering houses, and end-user customers to achieve sales targets. Up to 50% domestic travel required. May telecommute.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the sale of Sandvik’s crushing and screening products and services within the North American geographical region for clients including, distributors, engineering houses and end-user customers to achieve sales targets. Provide engineering and technical support for Sandvik’s rock crushing and screening products, applications, and processes. Support the retention and growth of business with existing customers and generate business opportunities from new customers. Understand and anticipate the customer’s needs and advise on appropriate Sandvik’s rock crusher and screener products and services to maximize customer value and sales profit. Respond to complex inquires and negotiate prices and delivery times. Monitor and analyze competitor landscape for related products in the portfolio. Provide strategic oversight of product performance. Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence, as well as customer value proposition, to product and sales management. Provide process and application engineering support to the Sandvik Crushing and Screening account managers and distributor network. Perform plant audits and performance optimization for products. Validate and document new product performance.


You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering and three (3) years of experience providing technical sales and/or product line support. The three (3) years of experience must have included process and product lifecycle optimization, as well as technical sales support for crushing and screening mining equipment. Up to 50% domestic travel required. May telecommute.
