Your mission

In this position, you work in close cooperation with the process owner, our Supply Chain Development team, global and regional inventory management teams, solution architects and IT developers. With their support, you drive and develop the inventory planning system, and you participate in the gathering of requirements from stakeholders and activities regarding system and process development. You support the development and implementation of forecasting, replenishment and supply planning solutions to address business objectives and priorities, as well as the design, configuration, modeling and roll-out phases of changes in the sales and operations planning process. You also produce material and conduct trainings for end users and project team members.

The location for this position is Sandviken, and some travel is required in the job.

Your character

We’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in a relevant area and a couple of years of hands-on experience in logistics, software development or project management. You’re comfortable with ERP systems, databases, data analytics, as well as with dealing with large amounts of data. Experience from data analysis tools like Power BI or QlikView is considered a plus, as is knowledge in inventory planning tools and database knowledge. You’re a solid user of MS Office, and as we operate on the global stage, your English skills must be advanced, verbally and in writing, and knowledge of Swedish or other languages is advantageous.

You have the ability to communicate your information in a persuasive yet pedagogical manner until your mission is complete.
