Do you have a good business understanding and a commercial mindset, along with marketing knowledge and experience in driving online and offline marketing campaigns and activities? We’re now looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to implement and deliver our marketing strategy, generate unique customer experiences, create demand and foster customer retention to support sales in the Sales Area of Central Europe.

Your mission

You’re a part of a diverse and dynamic team, where creativity is being promoted and transformation is being embraced. Together, you identify opportunities for activities and campaigns based on marketing and business objectives, and you drive constant improvements and development of our marketing processes. As our Integrated Marketing specialist, you ensure an excellent online & offline customer experience through execution of integrated marketing activities & campaigns, brand and content strategies across the Sales Area. You monitor KPIs, analyze data, define solutions to gaps and coordinate work to ensure timely delivery of content, tasks and projects. You’re also working in close collaboration sales teams and other functions in the Sales Area to optimize marketing and communication opportunities.

To be more specific, your daily tasks include:

• Marketing activities integrating advertising, public relations, sales promotion by utilizing various online and offline channels

• Brand building communication activities

• Email marketing (content optimization - drip, event and engagement programs)

• Event Management

• Product and services launches & promotions

• Lead generation and qualification

• Data monitoring (results, metrics, and campaign reporting)

All in all, you enhance our digital change journey and make sure that we grow our business opportunities and wallet shares, by always staying on top of our customers minds and being the number one choice when doing business. The location for this role is Düsseldorf or Renningen, Germany.

Your skills and qualifications

Let’s start with the hard skills. You’ve got a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications or have acquired similar knowledge in previous jobs. In the last couple of years, you’ve gained a deep understanding of driving marketing campaigns, preferably from a B2B perspective. During your journey, you’ve gained experience from the whole marketing process – from concept, preparation, planning to managing campaigns, and following up and analyzing results or KPI’s. You have an ability to manage multiple projects at once and have strong event management skills. As we act on a truly global stage, strong communication skills in German and English both spoken and written are required.

Although knowledge and experience are important, we put great value in your personal qualities. Like the rest of your team, you’re open-minded and curious - not afraid to try new ideas and ways of working. You have a strong team spirit, which shines through when connecting with different stakeholders and collaborating with colleagues.
