We’re now looking for two dynamic and results-orientated Demand Generation Marketing Specialists to join our team to create global frameworks for integrated marketing campaigns and projects that can be localized and executed by the field marketing teams. The Demand Generation team at Sandvik Coromant acts as an internal Center of Excellence supporting Field Marketing teams globally with areas such as marketing automation, paid media, analytics/reporting, lead management and global marketing projects.
You work closely with many other teams, and especially the content team, to match customer journeys and target audiences with communication channels and content. Together you create global frameworks for omni channel marketing campaigns and projects in varying sizes. You take the big picture into consideration when setting the tactics and always have the buyer’s journey in mind to make sure that we have a solid lead flow from start to finish. You’re skilled in packaging and presenting your ideas as well as using data in your daily work to guide decisions and working towards set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
You act as the team’s point of contact for several regional Field marketing teams ensuring a global and regional communicating flow. You support your peers with your expertise and knowledge in marketing automation and digital marketing, and you develop and advise on a wide range of demand generation campaigns aligned with our objectives and local needs. That includes anything from setting up email programs to providing input on our lead lifecycle. Part of your role is also to contribute or at times drive lead management projects, such as setting new lead scoring or marketing attribution models.
The location for the role is flexible among our Sandvik Coromant European offices, although we prefer to have you at our site in Sandviken or Kista, Stockholm.
For this position, we’re looking for someone with a relevant degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or equivalent education. Also, previous experiences include:
Involvement within B2B Digital Marketing and campaign management
Knowledge of lead generation, integrated marketing, and an understanding of the buyers’ journey
Experience in marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), Office 365 and data analytics
Proven track record of delivering results and outstanding skills in project and stakeholder management
You adapt and prioritize your workload in a sustainable way, together with bringing a dual-minded approach balancing creativity, excellent writing skills with process and data-driven tactics. You’re flexible, react accordingly to change and remain calm in the face of challenges. Improvements, new initiatives and innovation come naturally to you, and you maintain a high level of accountability, accuracy and structure. On top of this, you’re equally comfortable working independently as you’re collaborating as part of a team.
