Pricing and Profitability Manager

Within the current pricing function, our mission is to ensure alignment and execution of our overall pricing strategy. We aim to further develop the responsibilities, capabilities and competences of our highly skilled function with a Pricing and Profitability Manager. This is an important role in our organization, where you’re part of a small, yet experienced team based in Sandviken. Initially, your main focus is on the specialist area part of the job, which is profitability analysis, and then gradually transcend into a wider scope and responsibility for a specific sales area and product line. You’re responsible for coordinating, supporting and managing product- and market pricing, and you work in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities covers Net Price Change, Discount Management, Annual Price Revision, Pricing IT development and currency follow-ups and implementations, and you also support in deal and customer cases.
We’re looking for a pricing and profitability professional with great analysis, process development and project management skills, preferably with a degree in Finance or Engineering, or the equivalent experience gained from working. As we operate in an international setting, you need great communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Global travel a few times a year´ is included in the job
