Right now, we’re looking for a driven and systematic Digital Test Lead to manage the day to day testing of our digital offering. Are you eager to join us?
Let’s talk about your job
In this position, you work with testing of our iOS, Android and web services. You take lead in conducting a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that we have a software setup according to the specified principles, standards and end user requirements of our business. This means closely collaborating with our developers and tech leads, and making sure that all user facing elements of our digital offering is well tested before upcoming launches or updates of new features. You run both manual and automatic tests (this is truly important), and you collect and prioritize issues, errors and dependencies and sort them in a timely manner.
Together with resources from other departments, our stakeholders and suppliers, you define and construct test scenarios, scripts, logics and ways of working to ensure an efficient, reliable and top notch end-to-end test process. Gathering input from people around you is an important part of your job, and you coordinate with users to plan both alpha and beta user acceptance testing. With your understanding of modern test tools and frameworks, you also mentor and guide us in various test environments.
You report to the Head of Digital Business Development, and this position is based at our headquarters in Svedala.

You’re a master of managing and engaging stakeholders, and you definitively need these skills as you must create strong networks and efficient forums for collaboration. You gather necessary resources and together you test, explore, fix back logs and bugs, and follow up on the software setup of our digital offering. Being structured, systematic and analytical are other important characteristics for this job. You have a drive to make things happen and you’re always on the lookout for development and improvements.
