Information availability is a critical enabler for digitalization of our business, internally and externally.
We’re now looking for a Lead of Enterprise Integration to join us on this journey, and thereby help driving the digital development of our company and strengthen our ability to deliver Enterprise Integration. So, what’s this job all about?
You’ll be the lead and the go-to person in orchestrating enterprise integrations at scale, responsible for shaping and implementing targeted Integration Center of Enablement. In this role, you ensure that our integrations are aligned to business objectives and development plans as well as security and compliance. You stand with one leg in the Enterprise Architect team and the other in the Cloud Competence Center, building the bridge, leading the integration and direction the interaction between business and IT. You handle strategic questions and make sure our platforms are in great shape as you optimize our cross functional processes.
You’ll be based in either Sandviken or Stockholm.

What more do we expect of you?
Experience within a leadership role is an advantage – managing both people and initiatives. You need general tech experience within integration and the understanding of the business side to work effectively and create commitment. A relevant education is of course handy, and you feel comfortable around Microsoft and SAP integration platforms. Working in a global setting, you’re also a skilled communicator in English – verbally, in writing and presentation wise.
Your character is what really matters! You don’t have to be a tech nerd, but you need a true talent for converting business needs into tech solutions. You’re proactive and open to new ideas and concepts, and don’t hesitate to try them out. On the other side, you dare to make decisions even if not certain. Also, you enjoy acting in an ever-changing setting where pace and commitment varies, and you’re good at getting everyone on the right track to reach the targets.
