We are now looking for our Seco Tools location in Lottum an IT Professional & Coordinator for 40 hours per week (1 FTE).

Main responsibilities

As IT professional and coordinator you are responsible for a broad spectrum in IT-support. The responsibilities vary from business demand handling, leading to IT demands and projects till the definition, development and maintenance of processes, systems and

applications. You enable the organization and its people to work with effective and efficient systems and equipment and support the management with identifying training needs. You keep track on developments in the market and ensure that relevant technologies are known and applied. You lead change projects and at the same time provide hands-on support to users. You are the linking pin between the Lottum location and the central IT organizations of Sandvik and Seco Tools. For that purposes regular international travelling is part of the job. In this role you will report to the local IT Manager EMEA.

Your profile

Besides a degree in IT you have a solid experience in automation and digitalization in a manufacturing and adjacent environment. You know how to manage projects and to ensure commitment and delivery. You are passionate about new technologies and familiar with concepts as Industry 4.0 and the possibilities of VR/AR in the metalworking industry. You’re able to work individual as well as in an international and diverse team. Your communication skills in English and Dutch (both verbal and in writing) enable you to
collaborate with several levels in the organization. You’re flexible when it comes to working hours, creative in finding simple solutions for complex challenges and open to develop and change along with the needs of the company. You are pro-active and show
ownership for your area of responsibility and profession.
