About the job
In this role, you’re responsible for the end-to-end incident management for IT services and the entire Sandvik Group, as well as to provided problem investigations. This means ensuring the right resources and coordinating solutions for everything from minor setbacks to larger issues that may impact all parts of our business. You ensure that incidents are resolved according to service level agreements, and you host and coordinate problem investigations through meetings with both internal and external resolver groups. To report, follow up and hand over to other teams are other important items on your agenda.
Collaboration is vital in this environment, and you make sure that relevant stakeholders receive accurate and updated information and ensure compliance in our incident and problem processes. You’re also responsible for the full resolution cycle, and by clear communication with relevant parties, you and your team ensure action plans to remedy potential Service Level Objectives breach.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a degree in IT, or the equivalent experience gained from a working career. You have extensive experience of IT incident management in global settings as well as in handling complex IT environments. To be successful in this role you need excellent leadership and communication skills gained from previous assignments. If you also have knowledge from IT project management and ITIL it’s beneficial. Working in a truly global context calls for excellent English skills – verbally and in writing.

Being socially skilled, you easily interact and collaborate with different stakeholders. The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm (Gasverket). Presence in Sandviken is needed on a regular basis as we have major production sites and many stakeholders here. Our operations are active nonstop, meaning that on-call duty is required.
