What do Mars rockets, smartphones and exclusive watches have in common? – They’re made using Sandvik Coromant tools and solutions to ensure the highest level of precision, quality and productivity! Although we usually might be recognized as an industrial company, we’re also one of the biggest IT organizations of the region – aiming to become a leader within digital solutions. Learn more about us in this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/n6R_4dWBYsc

We’re right now gearing up for big changes – such as one of the biggest current ERP implementations of the Nordic region, as well as a shift towards the new SAP S/4HANA – all in order to create a seamless flow of information across our organization. We’re therefore searching for new talents to join us on this dynamic journey and strengthen our Business Platform department. Being responsible for the operations and development of the fundamental IT platform of our business, we’re a key player in the revolution towards a fully digitalized organization.

For our SAP team within production and logistics, we’re now looking for a SAP Solution Expert. Are you a driven and proactive team player with good understanding of business processes and a will to make an impact? Let’s shape the future together!

In this role, you act as our SAP specialist in a brand-new team within the main team, with expertise in production processes and the connected IT infrastructure, on a mission to implement SAP ERP in our production. As this is a big change for us, you develop processes and ways of working with a global, long-term lifecycle perspective, all the way throughout the design, prototyping and communication of your solutions. With your solid background and knowledge within the field, you gladly share your expertise – supporting and guiding your closest colleagues – but are also eager to grow and develop your own role. You have a bold approach towards your mission, knowing what needs to be done and proactively pulling the right strings and work towards it to stay ahead of the game. All in all, a great opportunity to make an impact globally and improve our ways of working!

This position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within Sweden, although some physical presence at our site in Sandviken will be needed post Covid-19 – mainly to strengthen relations and keep a good team spirit.

Working for Sandvik means that every day, through your actions, you contribute to important shifts in the world. Listen to what three of your future colleagues got to say about their work at Sandvik Coromant in this Facebook video: https://fb.watch/4Aj6DCQ0Fj
