Inventory Control Quality Assurance Associate
2nd Shift Position (1:30PM - 10:00PM)

Key performance areas
Inventory Control Quality Assurance Associate contributes to a clean and safe working environment and ensures an effective and efficient execution of the distribution operations, profitability of the organization and customer satisfaction through performing inventory and quality assurance activities maintaining quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities include:
Performs cycle counts
Inventory adjustments including bin location errors and cancel pick counts
Customer complaint investigations
Tracks / reports internal errors as required by leadership
Performs quality audits
Inspection of product to look for damages and ensure proper quality
Move inventory to improve storage availability
Receiving, picking & packing of local warehouse items
Use of RFT & WMS systems to perform inventory & quality duties
Has advanced knowledge to perform work in specialized Warehouse systems such as SOPIC, SAP, EPL-M, M3 etc.
Leads moderate special projects or process improvement activities
Use of Time Management System (Kronos) to track work performed and area assigned
Understanding of basic product knowledge such as insert, tool holder, drills, screws, etc.
Follow all required Sandvik policies, warehouse, safety, environmental & ISO procedures
Willingness and ability to move to areas assigned by supervisor/team lead based on business needs
The Inventory Control Quality Assurance Associate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet 6-8 hours/day. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of WMS systems and ISO systems. You also have an understanding of warehouse processes, policies, and procedures. You possess basic computer knowledge, are team driven, result oriented and you have a flexible work schedule. You must be legally permitted to work and reside in the United States.
Education & Experience
HS Diploma/Equivalent, 3-5 years Warehouse, Inventory or Quality related experience
Associates Degree, 2-4 years Warehouse, Inventory or Quality related experience
Bachelors, 1 year Warehouse, Inventory or Quality related experience
