Payroll and HR administrator
As part of SMT Country HR service team, responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations under supervisory and ensure HR process implemented in the right way, include but not limited to:
Responsible for payroll &benefit administration, ensure timely and accurately delivery
Prepare monthly salary booking journals to finance department timely and accurately;
Prepare and claim monthly individual income tax timely and accurately;
Maintain and update the HRIS System monthly, to ensure good data quality and compliance;
Assist manager continually improving and optimizing payroll and benefit procedures and process
Main contact to handle daily queries & resolve issues with payroll and benefits;
Administer C&B programs, co-ordinate with service agents/ vendors, to maintain effective communication channels with vendors; ensure excellent benefit services delivery and satisfaction from internal customers.
Calculate C&B related data and provide reports upon request;
Maintain HR related intranet portal, p-filing and database etc.
Administrative support on C&B projects, include merit, bonus, etc.…as per required
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Bachelor’s degree, major in human resource or business administration would be preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ payroll related working experience in multinational company
Experience of HRP and/or Workday system is a plus.
Good language skills both in Chinese and English , able to work in an English environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, especially excellent excel skills;
