Set, and monitor the performance of the business against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management.
Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers to ensure that the business achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
Your Profile
A Senior Manager leads and co-ordinates the work of Leaders or specialists to achieve agreed business and/or functional results. He/she has full managerial responsibility for multiple teams/departments and/or specialized departments etc. Work is normally carried out in an indirect manner (as 'grandparent') and by setting organizational targets. He/she contributes to the work of Executive Leaders.
Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the organization.
Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and/or organizational
problems.
Leading leaders. Manages multiple related teams and/or specialized functions, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources in accordance with the Sandvik Leadership Model.
Influences others internally and externally, including senior leaders.
