We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientated Finance Analyst to join our team!
Key performance areas
As the Financial Analyst, you will work support the development and maintenance of routines and procedures for timely and cost-effective administration of cash management and employee benefit functions.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Preparing 5 month rolling quarterly forecasts
- Various Month End and Quarter End reports.
- Prepare and distribute monthly Sales Performance Report
- Prepare monthly personnel reporting
- LSA responsibilities (SAP Local Security Admin)
- Administer various monthly and quarterly rebate programs. (Example: MSC, Test tools, and Growth Rebates)
- Cost center hierarchy maintenance
- Offer overall Controller Dept support as needed including problem solving and troubleshooting.
You possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent. You must have at least 5 years of experience in accounting within a business environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Must have experience with Bex (business explorer), BPC (Corporate reporting package) and well as IW (Information Warehouse). Must possess excellent communications, planning and organizational skills. You have excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft office suite. Prior experience of SAP is required. You have an excellent understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting, and a high level of computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You are highly organized, strongly analytical, and have a keen attention to detail and ability to question the facts. Working with continuous improvements is a natural part of your character and you feel comfortable searching for information, identifying small and large solutions, and challenging the norm. You are flexible, react well to change, and remain calm in the face of challenges.
