Your role

As a Business Analyst, you are part of the Division’s global Finance team and report directly to the Division Business Control Director. Your main area of responsibility is to support Division’s financial forecasting and reporting, analyze and monitor business performance using appropriate systems and develop those systems to reflect future needs. The role requires close collaboration with other teams in Division (sales, product management, engineering) globally.

Your background and what we find important

You have bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration or equivalent and minimum 1-3 years of experience from financial and management accounting, marketing, or business administration role(s). As a master in your area of responsibility, you have the confidence and ability to challenge, influence and guide decision making on senior manager level. You do that by providing them financial and commercial advice based on your analysis and with the help of your excellent communication skills.

You can take a holistic approach but also have an eye for detail. You have a high level of financial analysis skills and are commercially astute with demonstrated business acumen. You are hands on and have knowledge of data management, reporting tools use and development, financial modeling, and process development. You get things done in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Earlier experience creating PowerBI reports is seen as an advantage and mastering Excel is a must requirement.

Working in multicultural and international setting and collaborating with various functions, requires you to be a positive team player with excellent communications skills in English and willingness to travel occasionally (<20% of time).>
