Key performance areas

As the Business Controller, you will be responsible to contribute to and execute the overall operational and financial goals for the Sales Cluster by fulfilling these responsibilities you support the execution of key activities and ensure the performance according to expectations.

Key activities and responsibilities

Proactively provide period end reports and analysis. Manage capital and project expenditures/cost control. Partner with businesses by contributing in the management team. Build strong relationships and network with key stakeholders. Continuously monitor performance and provide proactive ad-hoc analysis of current issues. Provide recommendations & drive decision making. Develop financial perspective on operational issues. Support key business decision with fact-based analysis and simulation. Drive performance management- structured way of identifying improvement potential, agree upon activities and follow-up result. Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting. Business planning activities with different time horizons, including contingency planning scenarios. Contribute to the networks in Business Control by sharing knowledge & good practices and support competence development.


You possess high integrity and self-motivation; knowledgeable and skilled in finance and profitability management. You have a well-developed business sense and judgement. Able to work closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization at all levels in order to proactively identify opportunities and threats; based on these, develop and implement fit-for-purpose actionable and anchored actions. Able to balance between supporting and constructively challenging peers to take action. Ability to handle a high-volume workload and a flexible work and travel schedule. You understand what is needed to build and cultivate cross-functional teams.

You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or CPA preferred, and 2 to 3 years of Business Controlling experience in a manufacturing environment, You have an excellent understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting, and a high level of computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You are highly organized, strongly analytical, and have a keen attention to detail and ability to question the facts. Working with continuous improvements is a natural part of your character and you feel comfortable searching for information, identifying small and large solutions, and challenging the norm. As the Business Controller, you are an important part of the organization, and have excellent presentations and communications (verbal and written) skills. You have a well-developed ability to deliver results under pressure and balance multiple priorities with ease. You are flexible, react well to change, and remain calm in the face of challenges. You are active and future oriented. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required for this role.
