As the QEHS Manager, you are responsible for developing & implementing Production processes in our factory. Your mission is to implement and manage all Quality, Environment, Health & Safety activities for our production facility in Hosur.
You will prepare SOPs in line with ISO & other systems, for all critical processes related to production & quality, and train the employees on the same. You will identify and train the internal auditors for the ISO systems. You will also be responsible for conducting Internal audits and close the deviations/ non-conformances. You will work closely with our global auditors while conducting global internal audits. You will also work closely with the Production Management team in setting the way forward for the unit.
As the key EHS person, you will design and execute the EHS plan in close coordination with the management team. You will ensure that all Hazards/Near misses are reported and closed within the defined period of time.
You will analyse and take corrective actions for all injuries and serious potential incidents if any. You will ensure that the factory is compliant of the TNPCB requirements all the time.

As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will report to the Business Controller – Kanthal India and will be a crucial part of our team.
You are a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Process Quality role and EHS management in a manufacturing environment. You have a Lead auditor certification in management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Any additional EHS certification will be an added advantage.
You must have solid technical and analytical skills and have good computer skills (MS Office etc.). You are a self-driven person who is willing to operate in an empowering environment. You should have a genuine interest in company’s product, market & business in general.
Your ability to work in a team oriented, cross functional collaborative environment is one of the important requirement for this role.
We consider Communication to be a key enabler and fluency in both written & verbal English is a must.
