Job Requirements :
You have a relevant technical education (e.g. Master of Science in Engineering discipline) and prior experience with engineering development projects in an international business environment. You can specify, plan and document your ideas and you have a proactive systematic and structured way of working. You are fluent in English, and you have at least three years of experience in working with advanced complex developments.
You can establish strong professional relationships directly with relevant stakeholders and communicate with them at all levels. You understand wider business needs and find innovative solutions to complex problems. You can work proactively and systematically in a fast-changing business environment with a strong success focus. You have willingness to travel internationally on occasions.
Your Profile :
Bachelor/Master degree in (Technical) Engineering or equivalent experience in the sector.
3 years of professional experience in industrial sector.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Excellent trouble-shooting ability with strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of all or some products would be an asset.
Available to travel.

Job Description :
Handle the integration between our different stakeholders. Work with practical matters to make sure our systems work together, from planning phase to verification phase.
You focus on creating an agile opportunity-based organization, maximize capability utilization, repurpose on opportunities, synergize on solutions, connecting to field and customers.
You need to create e collaborative environment with open communication skills.
You also work closely with other functional teams and regional partners that support our sales activities and connect with relevant projects teams across Sandvik.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, 2D & 3D drawings and models.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and usage.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Supplier visit and apply quality control activities and reporting.
Routine job site visit and prepare reporting.
Sales support to sales team in technical side.
Ensure planning and execution of field tests are done in order to ensure the right product outcome.
Understand and work on improving our engineering work quality; Both in terms of processes and product quality itself.
Support on installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of crushing and screening plant.
Handing over reports preparation and submission.
Technical contact and support for our customers in terms of installation and commissioning.
Provide technical training for customers.
