Key performance areas:

• Work with sales providing technical support and handling the whole project in technical.
• Be expert in mechanical design and manufacturing
• Deliver expertise to area sales teams and other sales teams. Train on applications and introduce new products.
• Support area sales teams with expertise to drive technology selling.
• Promote Company in the market to cultivate the perception of Company as the most technically competent industrial thermal solution supplier.
• Be responsible for Realized Revenue follow-up from reported New Sales and related performance tracking and improvement measures for individual Application Engineers in heat treatment market.
• Your profile:
• At least 2 years related industry working experience.
• Qualified in engineering with at least bachelor degree (preferably heat treatment, metallic material).
• Preferred experience in design engineer and skillful application of drawing software engineering.
• Active membership to heat treatment professional association is a plus.
• Business & Marketing competences, Products and application knowledge, Analytical skills, Communication skills, MS Office, Fluent in English.
• Business, customer intimacy and growth drive (with focus on growth drive).
