Your mission
In this position, you ensure successful integration of our processes from a cross-functional point of view, and you identify, analyze and manage critical features, such as potential dependencies and risks, as well as relevant KPIs. By establishing measurements and setting targets, you monitor and improve effectiveness and efficiency in our work. As an important part of your role, you identify and implement changes that meet the needs of our business. Naturally, you make sure that our processes follow internal policies, guidelines and procedures, and you ensure accuracy in process documentation. Using your knowledge and experience, you also participate in external audits related to this area.

The location for this position is either Sandviken or Kista.

Your character
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of translating business requirements into high quality IT solutions. You have experience from large scale IT operational processes – working with design, implementation and integration, as well as managing descriptions and documentation. With your previous leadership experience, you know how to successfully lead others and drive change, and you’re committed to process development. Your knowledge is also grounded by a degree in Computer Science or Business Management, and we believe that you’re an ITIL expert. As we collaborate across cultural borders, you must have excellent skills in written and verbal English.

Your pragmatic and enthusiastic approach, combined with your broad business understanding, are your keys to success in this role. You’re always striving towards improvements by challenging what we know today, and you lead the way in a confident yet diplomatic manner to make sure we reach results. Being a true team player with great networking skills, you share knowledge and educate others, and you also build solid relations with our stakeholders as you translate the complex methods of IT into a common everyday language.
