Our Content Marketing team is responsible for developing and distributing creative and compelling marketing content that increases brand awareness and enhances trust and engagement – always with the purpose to grow our business. We’re now looking for a passionate and structured Content Production Planner to take the lead on generating quality content. This is a perfect opportunity if you love to adapt written messages for different audiences, have a passion for digital marketing and want to join our dynamic, successful and global Marketing Communications team.

The preferred location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden.

Your mission – ensuring quality content from end to end
In this position, you are responsible for the scheduling and production of editorial content for our global digital channels. You keep the production calendar updated and proactively generate ideas and suggests content that supports the content strategy, both new content and repurposing of existing content. In close collaboration with the Content Producers, you ensure deadlines are met and that produced material gets utilized in our selected channels. You also adapt messages from story contributors to suit our different channels and proactively ensure internal awareness of ongoing and coming material. All in all, you make sure that the content is produced in the form and to the extent planned, and that it is published and promoted on social media and other digital channels.

Your character – a proactive and organized doer with a passion for reaching out

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree in, for example, Journalism or Communication, or equivalent knowledge gained from previous jobs. To succeed in this role, you also need project management experience from a matrix environment and proven skills in production of editorial content. In addition, we expect you to have a background of working with or for global B2B companies. You need to have a proven track record of flawlessly producing various editorial content in English – American English to be exact. This requires exceptionally good skills in English – you are probably a native speaker.
