Your mission:

• One part of your job will be to define and build the process digitalization roadmap and establish related business models

• This also includes to derive concrete activities from that and to execute them

• You will identify and build partnerships to cover the customer’s production cycle

• You will work on customer requests together with sales, global project managers, process & system responsible as well as partners to provide value adding solutions

• Part of your job will also be to stay informed about latest trends, solutions and developments at both customers and suppliers

• You will build a sustainable competence about the process digitalization within the organization

• You will drive the growth of the Tool Management Solutions business within Walter by constantly challenging the status quo in a productive and constructive way

• Constantly identifying, exploring and evaluating business opportunities and development fields and perform SWOT related analyses will also be a part of your mission

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable

• You ideally have a background in consultancy or applied customer project management as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to transfer complex concepts on paper into an understandable format and bring them to reality

• 5 years of experiences with production processes and related systems as well as networking skills and business process design will help you on your way to success

• Proven skills in Project Management and a proven record on realizing customer value propositions will be your key to success

• You have a sound understanding of process automation and pay-off calculations

• With a high affinity to work with people in different layers of the organization both internal and at customers from various cultural backgrounds you will fit this position well

• You have a structured, committed and target oriented way of working as well as excellent skills in presenting and convincing people

• With fluent English skills you can easily inspire others with your visions and ideas

• You have a high willingness to travel international (40-50%)
