The role

The Product Line Support Administrator is responsible for assisting with product line initiatives and providing effective project and administration support to the Product Line function to satisfy internal and external customers.

Areas of responsibility

  • Set up and maintain a documentation list used in Engineering and Product Development Projects and expedite in a timely manner

  • Work with the marketing & communications team to plan, develop and implement product marketing strategies

  • Assist with organizing product advertising, promotion, and media activities

  • Prepare product marketing presentations and publications

  • Assist in conducting marketing campaigns and product promotions

  • Manage and coordinate all product support documentation requirements including offering design / training / commercial / project / marketing / technical documentation

  • Develop, compile, distribute and maintain training information and material and keep records of training completions

  • Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, policies and priorities and maintain the data base matrix and naming conventions within the documentation processes

Your profile

You will have 1-2 years’ experience working in technical administration, or product marketing. You are able to conduct analysis and create reports and presentations based on market data. You have knowledge of data processes, controls and structures and experience with proposals, reports, and reviews.

You are highly organized, have strong attention to detail, able to present information to groups and able to work autonomously and within a team environment. You have a Cert III/IV in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, and a Project Management Certification would be highly desirable. You hold a current driver’s license and can travel when required.
