The role

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support of component management systems and operations of the component exchange program across the Equipment Product lines.

This role is a full-time requirement, however Sandvik recognises the desire for flexible working options. Flexible employment arrangements include condensed working weeks, working from home, flexible start/finish times, etc.

Areas of responsibility

  • Administration of CRM Component Exchange, Including new case to end core management, data accuracy, update of job status and consistency of sync program, while monitoring of cases and status reporting to the Components Coordinator.
  • Tracking and follow-up of core return process. Assist in core credit and RCTI processes.
  • Assist in administration of backend requirements of component assembly changes including workshop requirements for assembly/modification to meet customer requirements.
  • Administration of Upper-Level Components BOMs, component modification processes records
  • Follow-up liaison with Repair Centres on Component repair Status
  • Assist in bottleneck identification of component inventory delays
  • Inventory review and administration –Component supersessions / runout / out phasing including inventory system update maintenance in conjunction with Component’s coordinator and relevant Portfolio Manager
  • Inventory /Workshop Demand Planning assistance to meet Component Sale requirements including backorder DRP creation, WIP status review
  • Monthly reporting of component type including usage, days open / turnaround by component /shortfall requirements

Your profile

You will have a strong customer focus, and highly developed time management organizational skills. You demonstrate emotional intelligence and ability to handle stressful situations when under deadline, while the ability to collate and analyse information to facilitate data-based decision making.

Previous experience in an administration environment would be beneficial, with the ability to work and perform unsupervised is essential. Strong computer skills in Excel and Business insights are required, with the understanding of inventory and associated process is and advantage.
