Quality Assurance Administrator

Sandvik Special Metals, a production unit in the Sandvik Group, is a leader in manufacturing of seamless titanium tubing used in the aerospace and recreational markets, and zirconium tubing used in the nuclear industry. We have an immediate opening for a QA Administrator located in Kennewick, WA.

Key Performance Areas

The Quality Assurance Administrator will administer all quality management system documentation used to manufacture products. This includes development, generation, collection, retrieval, indexing, and storage of documentation as appropriate. The ability to think proactively and adapt to changing priorities is critical.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Generate/Maintain Raw Material and Final Product Certification Documentation
  • Generate/Maintain Quality Control Requirement Documentation for Product Manufacturing
  • Maintain/Coordinate required Forms, Documents and Records Storage
  • Maintain Material Accountability Reports
  • Provide clerical support to Manufacturing Departments
  • Participate in and provide support for Internal and External Audit Programs
  • Maintain appropriate manufacturing process data
  • Perform general clerical and administrative projects as requested

Your Profile

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Post-secondary education is a definite asset. Sandvik Special Metals LLC does business with the Department of Defense and Defense Agencies. This position will require U.S. citizenship and must be able to pass security clearance screenings as required by customers. You have proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 Programs , PDF software applications (i.e. Adobe Acrobat, Nitro), and general computer skills. You handle confidential information appropriately, ensure security and discretion.
