About the job
Joining us in this role, you’re a key player in assisting our organization with structured and proactive administration, coordination and roll out of our digital portfolio product offerings, and you help us with administration connected to our commercial services. You ensure that master data and other information in our systems are up to date, and you’re the main point of contact with IT - making sure that issues are timely and effectively resolved and reported back to our software developers. By attending weekly and monthly meetings related to projects, supplier management and external stakeholders, you manage both documentation and action plans.

Collecting global feedback is an important part of your job, as this input is very helpful in driving development and improvements of our service tools. You also participate in system integrations, testing of new features in app development circles and support us in market analytics, such as user behavior, customer journeys and multi-channel attribution. You’re a valued support to our Global Operations organization, and you collaborate with the members of our Digital Champions network. On top of this, you actively work together with colleagues within the division, our product lines and sales areas, as well as with stakeholders in the wider organization to ensure a strong administrative structure.

This position is located in Sandviken and you report to the Vice president of Product Line Services for Rock Tools.

About you
We’re looking for someone with previous experience from administration and coordination, and you have most likely been working with admin support or in projects - and maybe even managed smaller projects of your own. You’re a proficient user of Office 365 and you also have strong understanding of commercial and digital solutions. A relevant education is a plus, and since we operate globally, you need excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.

You have an organized, proactive and service-minded approach and you’re always ready to solve any upcoming issues – using both a methodical manner and a bit of creativity. As you’re involved in many various projects and activities simultaneously, you surely know how to prioritize, and you’re determined to get things done. You’re also enthusiastic, curious and communicative, and these are great attributes as you meet and collaborate with people from all parts of our global organization.
