Service Manager, eCommerce
Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is looking for a structured and collaborative eCommerce Service Manager for our IT Service Delivery team working towards sales and marketing functions. You would join a global team motivated to deliver the best customer experience for our large corporate offering and would participate in developing the service even further. We will be investing in you and your personal development, to give you the competence and a genuine passion to deliver successful solutions.
The location for this position is Tampere, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. We work in hybrid model. You will report to the IT Delivery Manager for Sales and Marketing within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions IT.

Your Mission as an eCommerce Service Manager
In this position you are responsible for overseeing, managing, and leveraging the entire life cycle of our eCommerce platform and eBusiness related services.
As a Service Manager, you will engage with business to provide excellent customer satisfaction, set up service scope fulfilling service needs, requirements, and objectives on new and existing services. You will talk to internal and external suppliers to establish delivery capability and contracts. And you will follow up and report on service quality, performance, achievements, and financial metrics to business stakeholders.
Service Manager will own the service and is expected to act as a change agent to implement and manage quality improvement in service delivery. You will ensure application governance model and processes are in place and adhered to. You will be key part in service cost allocation and forecasting future financials.
You will be joining an existing team of Service Managers, supported by Architects and professional support staff.
You could be early on your path in service management or a seasoned professional and you have experience in
- customer management
- IT service management
- service KPI management
- ITIL processes
- budgeting and financial follow up and reporting
- vendor and contract management
- good collaboration and communication skills with large group of stakeholders
- eCommerce services
Ideally you would have experience working on a global organization with many stakeholders both in IT and business. You have a University degree in a suitable field.
You are service minded, self-directed, organized, proactive, and poses good teamworking skills. To thrive in this position, you possess good communication skills towards stakeholders coming from different domains. You are eager to learn new things as well as mentor others in your domain of excellence. Being perceptive and sympathetic, you easily create a trusting environment for collaboration. You’re also a passionate networker, using your excellent collaboration skills to interact and build valuable and open relationships. As we’re a global organization, you need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
