HR Generalist
Job Description
- Operational Efficiency: manage HR day-to-day operations, including shared services while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- EHS & Risk Management: assist with ongoing EHS initiatives, conduct safety audits, and support compliance reporting to ensure alignment with regional regulations and effectively management of operational risks
- HR Analytics & Reporting: manage analytics and ensure data integrity using tools like Workday and Power BI, assist with developing insights into workforce trends, optimize reporting, and support data-driven decision-making, vital for talent and compensation planning
- Compensation & Benefits Coordination: work closely with the central team to streamline C&B processes
- Support in Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and EHS
- Experience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) initiatives
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Proficiency in Workday
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively
