AR VAT Invoicing Clerk

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks include:

- Daily issue VAT invoice and mapping EBP system invoice for 3 companies.

- Customer e-mail address maintain in E-invoice system.

- Meet customer need for E-invoice sending.

- Red VAT invoice handling and communicate with sales team and credit team.

- VAT invoice archive and record.

- Other AR relevant things if manager required.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

- Have financial experience, familiar with gold tax system and financial bills.

- Good knowledge of ERP system is a valuable plus.

- Have experience of VAT invoice, At least 1 years working experience.

- Good at communication and able to work under pressure.

- Strong ownership and a good team player.

- Fluent in English and local language (speaking and writing).
