EHS Engineer

Designs, develops, implements and oversees the organization’s environmental,

health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and

surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with

regulations.

May conduct studies, audits and investigations to ensure compliance with

government safety and health laws, standards and regulations.

Ensures accidents are investigated

Promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs.

Provides safety performance measures.

Determines root cause analyses.

Your Profile

Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

Have some knowledge of business and its various aspects but is still acquiring further knowledge and experience.

Requires knowledge and some experience in own discipline through education and experience.

1-3 years related work experience

University Degree from relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
