Product Portfolio: GibbsCAM is a production milling and turning CAM system designed to increase the efficiency of the CNC code and machine tool. GibbsCAM supports 2D to 5-axis milling, turning, multi-task machining (MTM), and wire-EDM. Providing the ultimate ease of programming for any CNC machine, GibbsCAM empowers manufacturers to deliver superior parts with digital precision and speed.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a dedicated technical Application Engineer to support our Reseller Team in India. The ideal candidate should be located in the Central region of India.
Location: Pune, India
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing training for resellers, onsite and at the training centre
· Preparing and delivering workshops and product presentations
· Direct contact for resellers with technical questions about our GibbsCAM software
· Consulting and analysis for product-specific questions
· Reseller Communication by telephone and in writing
· Product presentations at exhibitions
· Communication with international support
· high focus on customer- & partner satisfaction
Qualification:
· First Class or above grade in bachelor’s degree / graduation in Mechanical Engineering form a recognized University/College
· Experience in CNC technology with milling and turning machines, preferably with counter spindle and several tool carriers (revolvers) or /and B-axis is required.
· Swiss Style knowledge would be excellent, but not essential.
· Experience with a CAD/CAM programming system, ideally GibbsCAM, is desirable
· Independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working
· Good communication and teamworking skills
· Flexibility and willingness to travel
· Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
