Business Development Professional - location flexible (Remote)

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting market analysis for EMEA
  • Active participation in developing market strategies and forecast process
  • Support and cooperation with Sales Managers in all tender processes
  • Cooperation between internal suppliers and sales areas
  • Identification of sales opportunities and assessment of customer needs
  • Cooperation with prospective clients to explain the benefits of products and services, promote and build brand loyalty
  • Manage customers in all phases of the sales cycle
  • Provide advice and post-sale visit when required
  • Preparation of weekly reports to identify prospecting data and sales opportunities
  • Active search for new distribution opportunities through regular visits
  • Working closely with technical area on the development of brands and products to meet the customers’ requirements and increase the customer's portfolio

Our requirements

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge of customer management
  • Technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients
  • Knowledge of market conditions by level of competitiveness
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written min. B2)
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Driving license
  • Openness to business travel (domestic and international) 40% of the time

Will be an advantage:

  • University degree medium or higher degree in technical or technical related discipline (ideally at Mining)
  • Ability to speak another Indo-European language (Swedish, Spanish, Polish or other)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
