Code of Conduct

At Sandvik we have a long history of ethical and responsible business conduct. This approach in all our operations has played a significant role in the global success of our company. It is something that our customers can rely on and of which we are proud.

Our Code of Conduct describes the principles of behavior that all our employees should aspire to and provides us with practical guidance in our actions and everyday business decisions. It is a very important building block of our overall governance structure and supported by policies and procedures to further detail our internal requirements and rules.

All employees at Sandvik are trained in new revisions of the Code of Conduct. Training is also included in our introduction programs for new employees as well as in internal management and leadership development programs.

Procedures for raising concerns

Our Code of Conduct details how to report possible breaches of our Code, our policies or the law directly to a manager or as an alternative through our reporting tool Speak Up.
