E-learning and other training programs
A comprehensive e-learning on our Code of Conduct is mandatory for all our employees. New starters are also required to complete the e-learning as part of their onboarding at Sandvik. It is available in the same languages as the Code of Conduct itself.
We also provide trainings in Competition Law Compliance, which relevant employees are required to take part in. Comprehensive Competition law training is mandatory for all executives and managers, for all employees working in sales, strategy, pricing or business intelligence roles as well as for any other employees who may have contact with competitors.
Training is provided in e-learning format and is complemented with tailor-made face-to-face training for high-risk employees. Relevant employees must undergo training at least every two years to maintain a sufficient awareness level.
